2. Our products

CALMIN products are cosmetic skin care products designed to protect, soothe, reduce the appearance of redness and cleanse without further irritation. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent rosacea or any other medical condition. Information on this site is not medical advice — always consult your doctor about medical concerns. Individual results vary.

3. Orders and contract

• By placing an order you offer to buy the products in your basket. A contract is formed when we accept your order — normally when we send confirmation of payment or dispatch.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs). If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.
• Please check the details you provide at checkout, including your delivery address, are correct.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We accept card payments and PayPal. We do not store your full card details.
• We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error in the price of goods you’ve ordered we’ll tell you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.

5. Delivery

We offer free UK delivery and currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. Dispatch and delivery timescales, and your options if something goes wrong, are set out on our Delivery & Returns page.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back promise, and to claim it you simply email us to request a refund — you do not need to return the products. You also have your statutory rights: a legal right to cancel online orders within 14 days, and separate rights if goods are faulty. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns and Guarantee pages. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Allergies and suitability

Please read the ingredient list on the product and packaging before use. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Contact us if you’d like ingredient information before ordering.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and the CALMIN name — is owned by or licensed to KCNS Skin Care Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow product instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those published on this page at the time you place it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
