• Free UK delivery on every order — there is no minimum spend.
• We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes a few working days after dispatch, depending on the postal service.
• If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, email kcnskincareltd@gmail.com and we’ll help track it down.

Our 30-day money-back promise

We want you to buy with confidence. If our products don’t help your skin, we offer a straightforward refund within 30 days — and there’s no need to send anything back. Full details are on our guarantee page. This promise is offered in addition to — and does not affect — your legal rights below.

How to get a refund

It couldn’t be simpler — you do not need to return the products:

1. Email kcnskincareltd@gmail.com with your name and order details, requesting a refund.
2. We’ll refund the amount you paid to your original payment method. Please keep or dispose of the products — there’s no need to post anything back to us.

Your legal right to cancel (online orders)

Separately from our promise above, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right, as a consumer buying online, to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To do so, just email kcnskincareltd@gmail.com within that period and we’ll refund you. As above, we don’t ask you to return the products.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us within a reasonable time and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. A photo is usually all we need — you won’t have to post the item back.
