Simply email us at: kcnskincareltd@gmail.com with details and we will give you a full refund excluding postage.

THERE IS NO NEED TO RETURN THE UNWANTED PRODUCT.

Please note refunds for individual products bought in a discounted bundle price is a pro rata refund to the discounted kit price.

Any defective products will be replaced within their lifetime free of charge.
