RETURNS.

If you would like a refund for part of your order, just email:  kcnskincareltd@gmail.com and we will arrange the refund without you having to go to the inconvenience of returning the unwanted products.

For refunds of your whole order;

• PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE OF YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS (no reason for returns are required).
• All returned products are refunded, to the original payment card, within 3 working days of our receipt. You will be notified by our payment provider via email that the refund has been transacted. The funds may take up to 5 days to show in your account.
